Sandra Bullock heads to her car after picking up her son Louis from his daycare on Tuesday (July 30) in Los Angeles.The 49-year-old actress is currently having more legal woes with the company ToyWatch USA. Sandra first filed a lawsuit against the company saying they had no right to use her name and likeness for advertisements, according to TMZ.

The company has now reportedly filed a case against Sandra, asking a judge if they will be liable if Sandra does win her suit.
